Revelation describes the Church as like a beautiful bride of Christ. So, what actually makes it beautiful…and does it need an on-going makeover routine to maintain its appearance?

The phrase “Good Samaritan” is used to describe the act of someone helping a stranger. But don’t just admire those who assist others. You can do beautiful acts (beautiful things), too.

Our world may be in ashes and our lives may be in ruins, but God transforms our situations (and ourselves) into things of beauty, all made possible through Christ. It’s a beautiful thing.

The “beauty” industry generated $677B in revenue last year convincing us that looks matter most. But what really makes people beautiful can’t be bought or sold. It’s a matter of soul.

From majestic mountains and trees to color-drenched flowers and tiny bugs, we’re constantly provided a glimpse of God’s attributes throughout all of nature. All free of charge.

What happens at the beach shouldn’t just stay at the beach. Always be prepared to give an answer to everyone who asks you to give the reason for the hope that you have.

Encountering one of life’s big “storms”? No problem. Try to remember that God is aware, has a plan, and always prevails. His advice is simple: abandon ship and head for the beach.
