Jesus is On The Road. Again.

After the resurrection, Jesus met people on the road to Emmaus. Hope wins because you can still meet Jesus – even now.

Jesus Loves Doubters. Again.

We doubt anything will be okay. Take your pick: climate, kids, gun issues, war, etc.. But that’s okay—Jesus still loves doubters.

Come Out

Jesus calls us even now to come out of whatever temporary tombs in which we find ourselves in to receive new life in him.

Be Humble & Forgiving

Jesus is the very definition of humility and forgiveness. And God asks us to be the same? Sounds impossible…so why does God expect it from us?

Give Cheerfully

God asks us to be cheerful givers. But can we give away valuable things (money, time, possessions) and still be cheerful about it?

Don’t Be Afraid

In many places throughout the bible God reminds us to not be afraid. But fear is natural, so how does that work?

Rejoice Always

Rejoicing isn’t the hard part. It’s the additional “always” (and “continually” and “in all things”) that give us cause to pause.

Love God & Neighbor

None of us love God or our neighbor the way he commanded us to. So how does Jesus expect us to obey what seems impossible?

I Can’t Do It

The very impossible nature of what God commands is not to make us work harder but to drive us into the arms of our merciful Savior.

Hesitant Heroes

Do you doubt yourself? Do you doubt God? You’re not alone. And God could still use someone like you.
